HR Manager / Asst Manager ( Shah - Alam) Description Description This position will be responsible for a wide range of HR aspects to include Organisation Design and Effectiveness, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Employee Development, Compensation, Employee Relations, and company culture.
This position will also work closely with the immigration department in sorting the application and required documentation.

depth knowledge and understanding of Human Resource practices, policies, and legal compliance to provide guidance to individuals throughout on-
boarding, selection, training and recruitment. Well experienced in terms of handling industrial relation matters and good knowledge in terms of labour law Able to work with diversified workforce.
Experienced in terms of foreign worker management (Hiring, Processing and Immigration Matter). Work closely with Regional Office to implement suitable HR Policies & Procedures.
