Position Summary We are looking for a dynamic services Sales professional to join our Financial Services team. You will work directly with banks in South East Asia and deliver NCR's complex managed services portfolio.
The ideal candidate will Be responsible for selling comprehensive suite of services including : Maintenance Services Managed Services Technology Migration / Consolidation Services Customer Experience Transformation & Business Transformation Services Planning, Project Management, Design, installation and commissioning, re-
location services Create a winning approach that highlights NCR's unique capabilities in solving customer’s requirements Consultative approach to build solid customer relationships to be viewed as a credible and consistent source of expertise within the account Full responsibility of orders, revenue, profit, cost management Develop and deploy a go-
to-market strategy in conjunction with senior management Helps to develop and subsequently implement new projects, policies and procedures for the country to meet Financial Sales revenue targets Responsible for creating market potential and opportunities for our solutions in the banking / financial services industry Plan and direct all Financial services sales activities including planning and implementing forecasts, developing policies as well as staffing of the sales force Formulate and advocate a people management strategy and high performance culture Qualifications Required : Experience in sales with understanding of selling Managed Services and Outsourcing solutions within South East Asia region.
In depth awareness and understanding of the services market and related competition Strong Solution Selling skills and experience Customer-
focused menatlity Excellent communication and presentation skills Commercial awareness / experience and technical IT knowledge Team player ability to work as a team player, self-
motivated, creative and flexible Experience in developing and executing sales strategies Spoken and Written Fluency in English, Bahasa and any other regional language from SEA countries would an added advantage.
