Transactional Team Lead for group of Extended Sales Support Team (SST) Agents
Provide back-up as required for Regional Transactional PM
Provide escalated level of support for transactional process and drive to resolve
Oversee automated and manual reporting by Extended SST Agents
Ensure proper mailbox management by Extended SST Agents
Provide team training for Extended SST Agents and Dell Sales as required
Coordination of communications with sales force and cross-functional teams
Meet and exceed SLAs in providing support to the sales team, route agnostic, for VMware software licensing products via the transactional model
Gather all proper information necessary and create a quote for customersCustomer numberORANQuote from VMware
Work with Disti ops to create SKUs when required
Maintain good business relationships with all sales and cross-functional teams
Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity

Typically requires 4+ years of related experience without related degree
Undergraduate degree preferred
Fluent English (Written and Verbal)
Read & Write in Korean language in business setting
