Position : Account Manager (Telco) (Level : Mid / Senior)

Roles and Responsibility :

  • Manages assigned accounts, identifies new leads and up-sell from previous closed business.
  • Manages pipelines and forecasts data, provides consistent updates on delivery and billing info for analysis and reporting.
  • Manages the business relationship, gathers customer intelligence data, covers all levels within the customers' organization, delivers quality service and total customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible in handling several accounts in Telco sector area.
  • Fulfills tender / proposal requirements, ensures comprehensive solutions with competitive pricing and a compelling value proposition.
  • Provide and position proactive proposals - anticipate customers' requirements, ensure that it's aligned with business goals with feasible IT solutions that provide highest return on their IT investment.
  • Works with various groups internally e.g. solutions architect, solutions consultants, project managers, managers in order to position Mesiniaga's proposals as business solutions of greatest added value.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum qualification Degree in Computer Science / IT, Business Administration or Marketing.
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in IT solutions sales (preferred) or general sales.
  • Have proven track record in sales in Telco sector area (if any) - targets must be met consistently with an inclination towards consultative selling style.
  • Have broad and extensive sales knowledge especially in Telco sector.
  • Results and process oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Possess and expertise in presentations.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written).
