Monitoring of daily Ops deliveries, KPI, complex problem resolutions.

Coach and lead a team of operation analysts
Support Manager in building high performance work team to increase productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
Ensure team is meeting delivery targets and ensure vessel creation & updates are done timely.
Identify areas where standardization of process is possible across countries.
Identify talents in the team and groom for career progression opportunities.
Stand in for Manager as and when require.
Bachelor Degree in any related field.
At least 5 years working experience in service industry / shipping / 3 years supervisory experience in Shipping Operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) in order to deal effectively with both internal and external parties
Good in leadership, problem-solving by interpreting, investigating, and resolve issues.
Responsible to every single task given and able to
Basic knowledge of EDI processing and understand of customs requirements.
Good in computer literate Microsoft Office, (Advance Microsoft Excel).
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
Team player with ability to work independently.
Multi-lingual will be added advantage.
Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
Able to work on 24 / 7 shifts / Public Holidays / Weekends.
