Organize and coordinate your team members by giving them seasonal goals as well as supervise their attitude and working behaviour basing on Club Med standards
Participate in optimizing your service budgets by handling the expenses and improving the profitability so your service will be able to become a profit source
Make the restaurant warm and friendly, decorate the restaurant according to evening themes
Assure the development of your team members
Ensure the respect of Club Med’s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedure
Availability and international mobility from 12 months minimum
Diploma in international travel industry / catering preferred
Experience in management and / or organisation
English is mandatory, knowledge on other language is a plus (Mandarin, Japanese or French)
Seasonal contract with salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with Club Mediterranée .
