Your Mission

  • Represent luxury by Club Med for our costumers and teams
  • Welcome the customers and show them the house by taking care of explaining its functionalities
  • Guarantee the perfect holding of the whole house which is assigned to you (maintenance, comfort and cleaning) in the respect of the rules of hygiene and safety and of the standards and Club Med standards
  • Supply a personalized service to the customers during their stay and treat the particular requests or the complaints of the customers
  • Participate in the organization and in the management of the accommodation and the services (management of the formalities of arrivals / departures, safety of luggage, held by the logbook, the replacement of the linen, the restocking of products F&B and flowers)
  • Raise the possible dysfunctions to the department heads
  • Your Profile

  • Availability and international mobility 1 year minimum
  • Experience in this position necessary
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory, and knowledge of another foreign language is a plus
