  • Co-ordinating mails, faxes, despatch / courier services and reception
  • Attend all calls and walk in guests
  • Office administrative works, filing and process orders received daily
  • Liaise with internal staff to ensure that operation runs smoothly
  • Manage and purchase office supplies such as stationery, office equipment, etc.
  • Any other assigned job or ad hoc project
  • Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / O Level, any field
  • At least one(1) year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Able to speak in Chinese, English and Malaya
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent
