Description Job DescriptionThe Senior Brand Manager will be taking the lead of a market leading fabric care brand in Malaysia and the Brand Manager will be the brand custodian for an innovative oral care brand.
These two positions will be driving innovation in all aspects of brand management as well as delivering sustainable growth and raising brand awareness and engagement in Malaysia.
Other key responsibilities include : Set long-term strategic direction for the category and brand(s) via clear inspiring visions and brand essence aligned in the market and business unit Generate compelling consumer insights to develop winning brand strategies versus competition Manage innovation (or renovation) based on consumer insights which includes identifying opportunities, product conceptualising, prepare and implement launch and post evaluation Champion brand growth for designed category and correct application of Brand positioning and communication for a consistent brand messaging Develop brand strategies, formulate and execute brand plans (ATL & BTL activities, internet marketing, product, pricing, distribution, etc.
Drive brand health and volume, effective usage of Direct Marketing Expense, on time delivery of New Product Development projects The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketer with proven track record in driving brand growth and innovation in the FMCG sector.
You aspire to be a trend setter in the consumer goods sector and are highly meticulous, resourceful, dynamic and result oriented.
The other requirements include : Possessed Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other business related qualifications Passion for Branding and Marketing Strong functional skill, with leadership capabilities and strategic mind High level of exposure in brand marketing culture with in-
