Among the many responsibilities some are listed below : Assist in corporate exercises (e.g.
IPO, fundraising, letters of credit, private placements, and various capital and leveraging management); Liaise with corporate advisers from banks, solicitors, placement agents, capital advisory and various regulatory bodies, as required;
Review, prepare, analyse letter of credit, financing term sheets and financing documents; Perform various analysis such as industry, competitor, market and client researches;
and Assist in various forms of corporate structure proposal, debt and capital restructuring plans, as required. The Successful Applicant The ideal Senior Manager, Investment & Strategic Investment, will play a vital role in the growth of the company and must possess the below requirements : Possess a recognized Degree / Advanced Diploma in Accounting or Finance / part professional accounting qualification ACCA / CIMA / CPA equivalent;
IPO experience is mandatory. At least 7-8 years working experience in corporate finance; candidate who possesses experience in large public listed companies / banking industry would have added advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Self-motivated and proficient in FRS and Companies Acts;
Meticulous with analytical skills, excel skills and strong executive reporting skills are preferred; Problem-solving skills and possess excellent time management skills;
Strong team player and can work independently; and Initiative to raise issue or improvement initiatives within your area of responsibility.
