Supports Commercial Excellence Manager in driving SalesImprovements by driving efficiencies through analytics, streamlining back-
endsystems and establishing Sales Division Best Practices, Guidelines &Processes.
Your responsibilities wouldbe to :
1.Draw insights from variousdata sources to provide actionable recommendations to improve sales operationsand deliverables.
2.Establish and consolidate acomprehensive library of data and knowledge for sales reporting and KPImanagement - Project manage internal customer requests on dashboard developmentand reporting
3.Streamlining of Field SalesManagement back-end systems for increased efficiency and performance
a.Assess usage compliance ofField Sales Management system
b.Review usage andeffectiveness of Field Sales Management system
c.Works with InformationSystems specialist to improve user experience and data accuracy which caninclude implementation of new system
d.Responsible for drivingsystem user training with IS / IT specialists.
4.Establishing Center ofExcellence for MY Sales Division by creating awareness and driving usage ofbest practices, guidelines and processes.
You must have thefollowing :
Minimum diploma holder.
Minimum 5 years of commercial experience, preferably withgood knowledge of Nestlé products range, field sales operations and customermanagement
Skills required - project management skills, facilitationskills, problem solving skills, understanding of data warehousing & fieldsales management systems.
Aptitude : Analytical, result oriented, continuousimprovement mindset.
