Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
The successful incumbent is responsible to steer and shape the strategy to run broadband / Fiber lifecycle management within the consumer base with the objective of driving value creation.
This involves creating the right consumer propositions that are relevant for the identified target segments and subsequently work with campaign team to create programs to drive adoption of these propositions.
What are you accountable for?
Lead the PnL management for the Maxis Broadband segment to achieve targeted revenue and other KPIs
Generate relevant customer insights to recommend the right interventions to achieve the targeted value creation
Ensure Unmatched customer experience for the Broadband segment by ensuring the optimum engagement across all touch points
Work and develop campaigns to create programs to drive adoptions of relevant and profitable products to each sub segment
Key contributor to drive personalization and customization ambition, driving the building of digital capabilities for enhanced customer experience / journey
