Work closely with superior in executing plan and ensure concise communications on the business objectives and plans. Sales & distribution targets can be achieved through close monitoring and working closely with distributor's sales team.
Take initiatives to undertake projects for business growth and operational efficiency and embrace evolving market environment.
Ensure all actions and plans, including the assigned distributor's sales team actions, are within the CTPR guidelines.
Appraise their performance; provide guidance and ongoing coaching for further improvement. Assist to maintain a strong & productive relationship with assigned distributor(s).
To optimize and use the information from DSD / TME systems and Consumer & Trade Marketing programs towards realizing the full benefits for the business.
Actively participate in meetings / discussion on a group or individual basis is needed to have a clear and concise understanding of JTI business objectives.
Possess good knowledge of the merchandising activities / programs to leverage on placement opportunities in the trade within the allocated budget and assigned market.
Need to take accountability to ensure JTI is competitively position against competitors in any channels or retail outlets.
To be flexible & readily accepts any changes in the roles and responsibilities - due to business needs as and when determine by JTI.
