Your Main Task :

  • Manage services requests from partners on compatible care packs or other services options for their HW assets
  • Respond to pricing requests from partners
  • Inform and educate partners on how to order services from client
  • Manage the CarePack registration process end-to-end for SEAK customers
  • Feedback to the category portfolio managers on opportunities for new services based on the partner requests
  • What we need from you :

  • High school certificate is required, Associate's Degree is preferred
  • Min. 3 years of working experience in managing end-user account or partner level from IT or IT channel environment
  • Min. 2 years of working experience in Account Management
  • Min. 2 years of working experience in IT Hardware Industry or general IT with good IT hardware product knowledge on Desktop, Notebook, Workstation, Printer and etc.
  • Min. 1 year of working experience in CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics and etc) will be an added advantage
  • Extensive experience with call centers and responding to queries in a multi-country environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Tagalog
  • Working location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
