Provide 1st level technical support resolution for Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system hardwares, software & networking communication.
Ability to perform AFC system troubleshooting, maintaining, corrective maintenance, preventive / periodic maintenance, PCB board repairing and problem solving.
To ensure, complete and full responsibilities of the daily tasks and solve all the problems reported by client within the time frame given.
To carry out the daily inspection for overall AFC system including hardwares components, software & network communication.
To carry out daily on-site standby to monitor the AFC system functionality and performance.
To log down the IT service / support reports details into Centralize Management System on daily basis.
Candidate must possess at least a certificate / Diploma in technical background educations and 2 years of experience on related field.
Technical maintenance and PCB board repairing skills abilities will be advantages.
Efficiency of responding time, problem solving techniques for client. On job training will be provided
Good in attitude, discipline, interpersonal, oral, communication skills and a desire to work with all level of peoples.
Work in highly independent with strong initiative and amenable to work in long hours shifting schedules. Willing to do overtime if necessary.
Have own transport is preferred.
Full time staff. Application may apply in contract basis staff from time to time.
Working knowledge of requirements basic computer tools (ex.MS-WORD, MS EXCEL and etc.)
