Candidate must possess at least Diploma Advanced Higher Graduate Diploma in Engineering Electrical Electronic Human Resource Management or equivalent Required language s Bahasa Malaysia English At least 2Year s of working experience in the related field is required for this position Required Skill s training people management IPC 610 Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Training Development or equivalent Objective s To collaborate with respective Head of Department HOD to deliver relevant internal training to relevant personnel in the Company respectively To exercise duty to deliver relevant internal or external trainings to respective personnel for gradual process improvement within the Company To ensure all personnel understand their work and its impacts to the organization whole are fully committed at all times and motivated to safely and professionally engage on the everyday task assigned to them while upholding the treasured culture of Cincaria Sdn Bhd respectively RESPONSIBILITIES To organize and conduct training programs To prepare a training needs analysis To plan and prepare the Training Calendar for the company Prepare training materials and manuals on training subjects for operators To support and deliver core skills training and work processes for all employees To obtain first-

hand training on work knowledge and skills from the Production Manager about new models or projects and processes together with the engineers and supervisors To coordinate with the respective Head of Department HOD manager or engineer to carry out training activities To continually search for improvements in the process of training and certification of operators and line leaders To maintain and update all personnel training records databases and paperwork To conduct audits or evaluations for all training programs conducted internally or externally To assist in all matters pertaining to the Human Resources Development Fund HRDF To create and execute the Training Plan for the Company General Achieve Departments goals and objectives Ensure every interaction between CINCARIA SDN BHD and the associated companies corporate clients suppliers etc Are carried out professionally To maintain a professional working culture and environment Communicate regularly with your Head of Department and team members Understand and apply Companys Policies Cultures Beliefs And any other responsibilities which may be assigned to you from time to time
