Job Purpose

  • The position is responsible for hotel revenue generation, which include to build and grow clients’ portfolio, maximize and drive revenue from Corporate and Leisure business.
  • Primary Responsibilities

    Sales revenue generation

  • Ensure implementation of strategic sales marketing and leadership approach towards all accounts to achieve business target.
  • Maximize and drive revenue from Corporate and Leisure business to Malaysia and MIS Hotels.
  • Build and grow existing relationships with assigned Key Accounts.
  • Build and grow the clients assigned and always look for the opportunity to grow this particular segment in MIS hotels.
  • Generate leads for all brands within Accor Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore from Key Accounts.
  • Market intelligence

  • Do market analysis in assigned segment / clients and propose goals and targets to increase production.
  • Provide regular market intelligence accordingly and findings related to the industries.
  • Generate and animate Corporate and Leisure Preferred Agreements
  • Work Experience

  • Minimum education requirement : bachelor's degree
  • 2 years experiences as Sales Manager at hotel level
  • Strong account management
  • Able to utilize all Accor sales and distribution tools
  • Excel in customer interaction to ensure all sales related activities support customer satisfaction and retention goals
  • Be revenue focused & be able to implement strategies to support hotels.
  • Strategic Sales experiences.
  • Good Account Management capability.
  • Team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team.
  • Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and energetic.
