Job Description

  • Ensuring timely and accurate update and reporting as required by the management
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliation including bank reconciliation’s
  • Maintain account payable, account receivables, general ledger, petty cash, bookkeeping, payment voucher
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial reporting
  • Generate tax invoice and official receipt
  • To liaise with banks, auditor, company secretary and relevant authorities
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Job Requirement

  • Candidates must possess at least LCCI / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting related discipline
  • Candidate with one-year related working experience will be an added advantage
  • Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
  • Willing to work on alternate Saturday
  • Knowledge in SQL system will be an added advantage
  • Diligent, responsible and meticulous, able to work independently and with people of all levels
  • Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be advantageous.
