We are looking for a Performance Management Specialist responsible to drive for quality of broadband and devices to enable Maxis to provide innovative and optimum quality of wired broadband services.
The successful incumbent will be working closely with data from multiple sources to develop performance dashboards and drive improvements.
Develop a deep understanding of the wired broadband & devices to solve customer pain-points with prescriptive and predictive analytics
Deep dive on root cause analysis around devices, customer experience, data & voice usage and quality, geographical locations, etc.
Drive improvements and present recommendations with action plans and measure outcomes with expected outlook
Project management of automation and digitization initiatives to ensure timely and quality delivery
Develop a fibre broadband & devices dashboard ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Regular reporting for wired broadband in compliance with MCMC requirements.
