Business Development Representative (BDR) an exciting and rewarding sales career in the highly competitive cloud-business arena.

Sourcing and qualifying leads while building product knowledge and sales skills.. This is a unique, hands-on learning opportunity that will help give you a competitive edge early in your career. Your Responsibilities :

  • Qualifying and producing quality leads for the Account Executives in Malaysia Territory.
  • Interacting by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level Executives
  • Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of Oracle NetSuitesolutions
  • Analyzing prospective customer needs, understanding business processes, identifying projects, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions
  • Working on ad hoc projects for various departments in different Territory
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • BA / BS degree with GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
  • Experience in Tele Sales / Sales environment
  • Experience in IT / Telco or relevant industry
  • Intelligent, motivated, and competitive, with a roll-up-the-sleeves and get the job done attitude
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) environment is an advantage
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability to achieve deadlines and targets
  • Strong verbal communication in Cantonese / Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia / English

    Performs database and record keeping activities.

    0-2 years related experience. Able to demonstrate time management, basic telesales skills, and knowledge of Oracle products and services.

    Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.

    Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle products a plus but not necessary.

    Professional demeanor. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.
