Machine and module conceptual design, proposal and defining the technical requirements.
Costing and project planning to meet project budget and schedule.
Design standardization, selection and sizing of standard components.
Design for manufacturing (DFM), design for assembly (DFA) and concurrent engineering.
Prepare detail fabrication parts drawings, assembly drawings and Bill of Material.
Pneumatic circuit design and prepare pneumatic diagram.
Prepare checklist for design, assembly and pre-delivery inspection activities.
Prepare project reports, machine operation manual and other related documents upon completion of project.
Provide technical advice and guidance to project engineers, assembler and service team.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Familiar with Solid works.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Possess hand-on experience in mechanical systems debugging and troubleshooting.
Experienced in automation design and knowledge in tooling / die set design is an added advantage
Perform analysis, design, code and debug of PC-Based software system for each assigned project.
Participate in the commissioning of equipment for each assigned prototype project.
Work closely with Assistant Engineer & customer to identify the root cause of equipment down and provide a total solution to the customer in the shortest time frame possible.
Plan, organize & coordinate the test & debug phase activities for prototype project.
Conduct post-mortem after the completion of each prototype project.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
Knowledge on C++.Net, SQL Server, Windows Presentation (WPF),Model View View Model Framework (MVVM) & Managed Extensibility Framework (MEF) will be an added advantage.
A high degree of proficiency in C#.Net and the use of Visual Studio.Net Editor.

Perform design of electrical & control system for a given prototype project.
Perform component selection in a systematic & scientific manner in order to achieve the objectives of cost effective, high performance & reliability.
Participate in commissioning and support for both local and overseas equipment.
Perform motor sizing, selection, tuning & performance tact up of the servo control system of each project assigned.
Integrate SCARA robots, six axis robots, laser marking systems, vision systems and testers in the equipment.
Perform analysis, design, code and debug PC and PLC based system.
Troubleshoot and resolve the defects discovered during the wiring quality & device functional check phase of the project life cycles.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical) or equivalent.

Advanced Diploma or BSc. degree in Engineering or a related subject.
Proven working experience in QA development.
Strong knowledge QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience working in automation system development process is an added advantage.
Ability to read engineering drawings is an added advantage.
Willing to work overtime if needed.
Work with marketing personnel to understand current problems, goals, and customer requirements.
Conceive solutions in a timely manner using appropriate experimental techniques, constructing "proof of concept" demonstrations to show how these could be implemented.
Work with Mechanical Engineer to "productionize" chosen solutions.
Support in implementing newly developed vision system into production.
Produce computer programs in C# or C++ as appropriate to implement inspection algorithms.
Capable of providing support as requested by supervisor.
Develop inspection solutions using machine vision.
Advise on selection and purchase of machine vision systems and technology.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Electronic, Mechatronic / Electromechanical , Optical engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge on Optics.
Knowledge on C#, C++ or Labview programming.
