Responsibilities :

  • Working closely with the Country Manager, Group Marketing Director and the marketing team on various marketing, branding and business development initiatives
  • Strategizing, planning and executing on ground community events and activations, branding campaigns, online e-commerce marketing promotional campaigns and other B2B / B2C partnership projects in the region - including ideation, planning, strategizing, monitoring, reporting and being responsible for all aspects of execution and analysis
  • Building, managing and growing the relationship with communities that was built
  • Building and maintaining relationship with business partners and media partners
  • Developing robust partnership strategies, deliver on partnership targets, and collaborate with existing and new partners on major initiatives as well as see them through to success
  • Managing promo codes and allocated budget
  • Planning monthly promotional calendar & marketing activities
  • Preparing detailed monthly reports of market activation and business development activity
  • What we would like to see in you :

  • 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • University degree in business, marketing, communications, events
  • Experienced in media advertising, branding, events activation, partnership
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Vibrant and energetic personality and likes to meet people
  • Loves to do new things out of their comfort zone
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Enthusiastic, sharp, thinks fast on their feet
  • Excellent salesmanship abilities and persuasive skills
  • Good negotiation and business writing skills
  • Loves to hustle, move fast and deliver high impact results
  • Super productive and efficient
  • Good understanding of the startup environment and various marketing campaigns and ideas that have high ROI
  • Diligent, responsible, hardworking and able to deliver results under aggressive deadlines
