Job Summary 1. Managing and processing all claims handling / settlement for TPPD claims.2. Ensure claims are processed within TAT.
3. Review files within the guidelines.4. Respond to complaint.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Managing and processing TPPD claims within TAT.2. Assessment within the company’s Claims Service Standard or Service Commitment.
3. Ensure accuracy for overall claim processing.4. Ensure response to customers within TAT which includes all correspondences, complaints, payment upon DV receipts.
5. Ensure abandoned call rate
Job Requirements :
1. Diploma & Degree in any and / or related lines
2. AMII / ACII / DMII or equivalent insurance qualifications
3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in and / or similar role / capacity
4. Proficient in English
5. Possess good presentation skills
6.Possess good negotiation skills
8. Mature personality
9. Able to work independently and have Teamwork spirit.
