Detailed Description :
The Material Planning Analyst, will be working closely with the program team to fulfill commitment to customer to be met 95%, will interface between sub store, production and quality assurance team and initiated the execution to produce production output based on the scheduling plan.
Providing a compilation of daily, weekly and monthly reports pertaining the actual built against the production scheduling plan and publish to the team.
Use the information from Service Order Tracking (SOT) system to create service build work orders.
Provide and analyze Clear To Build (CTB) reports based on Kinaxis Rapid Respond on the latest customer order, forecast, material availability and ETA updates.
Ensure, coordinate and follow up the closure with the related team for all service build work orders released to production based on the Clear To Build (CTB) report.
Ensure there is 0 aging for service build open work orders.
Validation of the forecast uploaded by the program team in system correctly during the simulation day weekly basis on every Wednesday.
Ensure work order rescheduling done every Friday weekly basis for all uncomplete work orders and urgent requirement by customers.
Simulation result report after the validation done to the material team on every working Wednesday Tabulate report on the calculation of Clear to Build (CTB) and no Clear to Build (X CTB) percentage daily during working days
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
