Job Responsibilty :
Responsible to assist in developing training programs, in conjunction with New Product Launches and to provide comparison information with competitor.
Responsible to Train dealer personnel (sales, service, parts, CRE) and internal associates, including Training Team.
Responsible to communicate with relevant departments / divisions on Product Development (Honda) and gather information on competitors and non competitors.
Responsible to provide regular updates on Product Development to the department.
Responsible to prepare and report to Management on the Product Training (SP) Progress.
Responsible to develop and update FABE (Feature, Advantage, Benefit and Evidence) module .
To ensure that the Training Materials are delivered on time and within budget.
To source for Product Training suppliers, consultants and contractors including coordination of project work.
To prepare a detailed project plan including : Budgeting, Timeline, Required Resources and Reporting.
To manage project deliverables in line with the project plan.
To record and manage project issues and escalate to Management when necessary.
To liaise with, and update progress (when necessary) to Head of Section and Head of Department.
To work closely with audience (Sales Advisors, Service Advisors. Parts Controllers, CRE, Sales and Service Managers) to ensure the training project meets business needs.
To liaise with other departments and contribute to matters that can improve Customer’s Satisfaction level.
To effectively communicate relevant information and updates to training team members.
To assist in any ad hoc events when necessary.
Degree in Business Studies or any related field.
Good command in both written & spoken, BM & English, Japanese language is an added advantage.
Fresh or at least 1 year experience in related field.
Willing to work in highly challenging & fast moving environment.
Basic Project Management.
Effective Training skills with human interaction / psychology skill.
