Are you our next Customer Service Representative ?
Manage incoming calls, live chat, e-mail and service desk entries
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Ensure critical customer issues are addressed quickly and effectively
Review and update knowledge base content as new knowledge is discovered
Ensure escalation and production support processes are followed
Act as the glue between our customers and our platform users
What should you be able to bring along?
You speak native Vietnamese or Korean and have a good proficiency in English
You have 2+ years’ experience in a similar position
You are assertive, hands-on and Initiative is your middle name
You have a good feeling for technology
You possess Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business or equivalent.
You are willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
Logical approach and excellent problem solving skills.
You have attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and provide feedback and solutions.
Must be able to work well both in a team environment and independently under minimal supervision.
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies, on own initiative.
