Basic Function :
As HOD of the department & planning for the whole activity run of QA / QC. - Maintaining all the HACCP / GMP & ISO documentation & ensure its comply to rules & regulation.
Liase with RND for the product Spec / Label Review. - Liase with S&M for the customer complaint / Quality Issue.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible to establish and maintain quality systems and procedures. - Oversee the quality functions including In-coming, In-
process, Outgoing and Customer satisfaction. - Product specification setting up. - Leading the new project team. Involving in idea contribution for packaging, product, artwork concept.
Laboratory management. - GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001 quality system maintenance.
Degree holder with minimum 3 years working experience in food industry. - Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001.
Well verse in quality and technical parameter of food and beverages will be an advantages. - Cheerful disposition with very positive working attitude.
Resourceful and have leadership qualities. - Innovative and very initiated in work development. - Hard working and willing to work long hours when required.
