Primary Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for revenue generated from assigned business portfolio, by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting at new business opportunities.
2. Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
3. Focus on Retail Security Soultions (mainly EAS, People Count, CCTV, Burglar Alarm & Card Access System)Duties : 1. Plan and schedule meetings with new and existing Retail customers.
2. Establish and cultivate long term business relationships by understanding customer needs & priorities and deliver effective solutions.
3. Independently source for new clientele base and developing current customers.4. Ensure that all customer issues relating to customer service, service recovery and credit control are coordinated and managed through the relevant JCI departments.
5. Continually develop knowledge of retail solutions products / services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible solutions to customers.
6. To achieve financial goal set (secured & revenue) for each business portfolio. 1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related business major.
2. Basic knowledge in security solutions (CCTV, Burglar Alarm & Card Access System) would be added advantage.3. 1-2 years’ experience in sales related field.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of industry and company products and services5. Computer literate, knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
