Responsibilities :

  • Perform day-to-day operational tasks in the department which include cash transactions & counter transactions..
  • Perform relief function within the department as and when the need arises.
  • Deliver services in line with agreed service standards documented between the Branches and Head Office.
  • Liaise with internal or external customers on their service requirements and maintain good rapport with them at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines and policies as documented in the Bank’s Manuals as well as external rules and regulations governing the relevant operational area.
  • Maintain good relations with fellow colleagues with emphasis on teamwork and fair dealing.
  • Undertake people management responsibilities.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma holder or at least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good PC skills & proficient with MS Word and Excel.
  • Possess integrity and is detailed-conscious, systematic, task oriented, highly committed and able to plan work well.
  • Able to work independently, under pressure to meet deadlines as well as in a team.
  • May be required to work beyond normal working hours to complete all processing items.
  • Good communication skills and able to interact well with others.
