Generate business reports, and compile such reports in accordance to required templates and formats for submission to the regional team and country management for their further action.
Prepare and update documents, presentations and other formats to monitor the Company’s strategic initiatives.
Organize the content and structure of the Company’s data bases such as IBM Connections and others.
Prepare MS Power Point presentations for business and board meetings under the guidance of the manager.
Organise and schedule meetings and events, make travel arrangements, flight and accomodation bookings.
Collate and file expenses.
Take minutes of meetings and follow up on to-do’s.
Conduct research on market, trends and competitors.
Any other task assigned by the manager from time to time.
Comply with all relevant Environment, health and safety (EHS) legal and other requirements associated with the job functions and responsibilities.
Comply with all EHS requirements affecting the operations, including those affecting the customers, suppliers and contractors supplying and serving the departments.
Participate in EHS programs.
Comply with the EHS procedures and work instructions.
Degree in Marketing / Business Studies.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Able to work on tasks assigned with minimal supervision.
Possess strong analytical and organization skills.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
