Job Responsibilities :
Serves customers by providing product, order and service information; resolving product, order and service problems.
Job Duties :
Handle and support customers’ enquiries via phone call, email and live chat instantly.
Provide guideline / information / solutions about order, products and services.
Resolves order, product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem;
selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Handle online and offline orders which is incomplete status, ensure orders completed on time
Provide guideline / educate on how to update / complete order to seller / merchant.
Prepares weekly sales reports
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Any other duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Engage actively in pre-sales activities
Minimum SPM or higher
Knowledge in computer skill
Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to speak / writing in Chinese will be an added advantage.
