To handle customer inquiry pertaining to product, pricing, stock availability & delivery arrangement through email / call
Build up rapport and maintain close business relationship with customers
Responsible for day-to-day sales & administration task; including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails & order monitoring
Liaise and co-ordinate between manufacturer and customer to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Handle after sales activity - customer complaints, co-ordinate RMA & technical service
Attend and follow up on promotional event such as exhibition, seminar or advertisement
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent. Major in Business Administration or Marketing are plus.
Required language(s) : English, Mandarin (Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as the role requires candidate to communicate with factory in Taiwan or China.)
Fresh graduates or entry level candidates are welcomed to apply. Sales assistance or electrical field related experience is plus.
