Job responsibilities :
Responsible for managing end to end operations deliverables. Ensure that online campaigns are executed as planned.
Post campaign and operations report are part of the deliverables.
Review creative provided and verify campaign details in brief form to ensure they are complete.
Collaborates with Operation team to ensure pricing and inventory accuracy and management for timely fulfillment of customer orders.
System integration, implementation,and custom development with digital platforms, required.
Proof of campaign status with screenshots (if applicable)
Skill in digital and social marketing preferred
Prepare end campaign ad delivery report and weekly progress report
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics,insights and best practice,and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (media buy,customer relations,etc) to manage reputation,identify key players and coordinate actions.
Provide insights and performance analysis
Job requirements :
Candidate must proses at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any field.
At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is require for this position.
Preferable Junior Executive Specialized in Advertising / media planning or marketing
Hand on and deep knowledge on online advertising operations.
Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint,Word,Outlook)
DMP (Data Management Platform) experience is an added advantage.
Good presentation, Assign job and communication skills.
