Operations Services Specialists are responsible for generating sales quotations, using client-specific databases and financial systems.
This individual will also be focused on creating booking packages and / or invoices within Client and Internal systems. They must ensure the integrity of client and internal information in database, financial, and CRM systems.
Additionally, Operations Services Specialist manage external and internal queries in a professional, client-orientated manner using their bilingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese and are responsible for checking the data integrity of purchase orders and invoices.

College education preferred
1-2 years Administration experience preferably in sales processes
Candidate must have solid experience in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel) and email Databases, including demonstrated proficiency at Excel Level II or beyond
Experience with CRM systems is not required but would be a distinct advantage
Must be able to work on Shift (9am to 6pm, 4pm to 1am, 10pm to 7am)
