Job Responsibilities

This job role is responsible for qualifying leads, generating prospective customers through cold calling, and closing transactional sales deals.

The successful candidate is required to :

  • Meet demand generation targets in line with the Asia Pacific & Japan business objectives
  • Generate prospective customers through cold calling and qualifies leads
  • Provide qualified leads to field sales team for close
  • Take orders, answers questions, and sends marketing / sales material to prospective customers
  • Prepares activity and forecast reports accurately and on time
  • Learn a broad range of Quest software technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
  • Explain technical, industry, and market facts to position Quest Software as a competitive solution and keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as competitive position of the company
  • Cooperate and collaborate with colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process
  • Enhance awareness in the targeted business community of the company and its products / services
  • Close transaction deals as directed and sell Quest Software products and services
  • Qualifications

    Required Qualification and Skills

  • At least 3 years of business development or lead generation experience
  • Must be a self-starter who excels at delivering results in a fast-paced environment and proven track record of successful demand generation results
  • Experience in implementing enterprise-level demand generation programs
  • Understanding of sales processes and sales reporting tools
  • Relevant Knowledge in software technologies and standards related to IT infrastructure industry
  • Experience partnering with sales and marketing teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer’s journey
  • Hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • Expert time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
  • High level of Integrity and strong work ethics
  • Experience in inside sales or account management is desirable
  • Must-have language skills : English
  • Optional language skills : Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay, Japanese, Korean
