Ensure proper planning and execution of the daily operation activities in compliance with the SOPs, achieving the operation KPIs and meeting customers’ expectation.
Maintains good customer relationship by providing high quality of customer service level, meeting customers’ requests and standards as well as identifying ways to exceed their expectation.
To ensure accurate and timely billing of all jobs and preparation of job costing prior to month end closing.
Validate vendor invoices.
Customer orientated, good people skills and able to work with people at all levels.
Required language(s) : Mandarin (Bahasa Cina) fluent in writing, reading & speaking is a must to handle customer in China.
