Job Description

The R2P Associate supports the Accounts Payable and / Travel & Expense processes of assigned businesses ensuring quality, timeliness and effectiveness.

Service Delivery :

  • Supports transitions and knowledge transfer
  • Provides services at expected levels with a clear customer service and escalates exceptions
  • Corresponds to internal and external inquiries
  • Manage day-to-day activities (modules to be assigned) :
  • Accounts Payable

    o Attend and resolve supplier inquiries via emails and calls

    o Query handling for end user

    o Prepare daily help desk log

    Travel & Expense

    o Process accounting of advance payments

    o Travel and Expense Claims including receipts processing and payment of claims

    o General and Customer service including delegations, reminders and reporting

    o Query handling for end-users

    o Ensure compliance with policy and performing checks

    o Attend and resolve employee inquiries via emails and calls

    o Support (EXTERNAL / INTERNAL) audit and compliance monitoring (timely retrieve need-ed receipt etc.)

    o Prepare monthly KPI report

    Compliance

    o Ensure all processes, policies and procedures are clearly defined, fully documented

    o Need to updated Job Aid (SOP) timely

    o Timely Follow up Goods Receipt and Non-approved / submitted invoice

    Minimum requirements

  • Certified Finance / Accounting specialist or similar degree
  • Required : Japanese (Written and Spoken); English (Written and Spoken)
  • Minimum : 1-3 years of relevant experience with an outsourcing or financial service organization. Experience supporting shared service functions preferred but not required.
