Contract Administration Manage keep track and register incoming and outgoing correspondences Manage keep track and register tender drawings and ensure all drawings are properly arranged in accordance to stage of contract Sourcing of quotations and carried out cost evaluation from various suppliers contractors Sourcing of suitable contractors suppliers for machinery civil and structural works architectural works and others Carry out measurement of quantities as required Liaise with insurance brokers on insurance matters and ensure that all works package are insured with appropriate sum Vetting through tender documents prepared by Consultants and make necessary comments Keeping track of the whole process of tendering and ensure that all tasks are carried out within the planned schedule Vetting through tender reports and tender clarification questionnaires prepared by Consultants and make necessary comments Liaise with Consultants contractors and suppliers on all contractual matters Co-

ordinate on meeting venue schedule and minutes of meeting with Consultants contractors and suppliers Attend meeting and draft out matters discussed during the meeting for record and future references Open tender documents records down the tender result and forward to all parties concerned Drafting letter of award for works package directly manage by MFM Vetting through letter of award for works package manage by Consultants and ensure all terms and conditions are in order 2 Post-

measurement site valuations assessment and verification of claims and variation orders Review payments recommended by Consultants and ensure all quantities and rates are in order Keep track of all payment made and ensure payment are made in accordance with the contract terms and conditions Review and check statement of final accounts to ensure all quantities and rates are in order Ensure all the contractual and commercial matters are closed pursuant to the Conditions of Contract 3 To coordinate with Electrical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer to ensure all related contractual and commercial matters are managed accordingly and effectively 4 Undertake all tasks assigned by General Manager Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification Minimum 3 years working experiences in the related field is required for this position
