Drive continuous improvement for overall standalone open / short process.
Lead assembly defects reduction through partnership with respective process owner.
Develop and qualify new test program and hardware for standalone open / short testing for new device (NPI / NTI).
Perform detailed analysis and provide disposition for low yield / abnormal material. Ensure compliance to Quality requirements.
Own and maintain standalone open / short test program. Modify, qualify and release test program for existing device.
Apply DMAIC methodology for problem solving.
Document process, procedures, methods and OCAP. Qualify changes through CAB process.
Master's / Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering or Applied Science.
2-3 years’ experience working in semiconductor industry, preferably in assembly or test.
Knowledge in assembly processes and / or test programming and / or failure analysis is an added advantage.
Experience in FMEA, Control Plan and other Quality system requirements.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of statistical process controls and using statistical tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team player with leadership ability to drive projects to completion.
High degree of flexibility in work assignments
