Functional Area : IT - Information Technology Estimated Travel Percentage (%) : Up to 25% Relocation Provided : No AIG Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd Assist Project Managers in coordinating critical tasks, which are essential to the successful completion of projects.
Key responsibilities include : Report Management Weekly and Monthly report generation for Project Manager to feedback on progress of projects, following cadence that has been agreed upon.
Produce project timesheet reporting and finance admin worksheets. Manage compliance of projects and programs including time, PPM required fields and any / all reporting requirements.
Resource & Demand Management Approve and manage project hours in timely fashion. Forecast resource requirements and tracking what has been spent.
Project / Program Administration Perform pre-project administrative tasks such as obtaining sponsor, approvals (cost, time, scope and benefits) following established standards.
Create project code and manage staffing profile. Update project status, risk and issue on standard IT reporting vehicle on weekly basis.
Chair project meetings and document meeting minutes and secure and validate required project artifacts. Manage and secure project change management process and approvals.
Obtain project closure approvals and document lessons learnt. Responsible to document all project artifacts in the repository.
Work with international delivery teams to support project delivery tasks across Global regions. Project / Program Tracking Collaborate tasks with Global IT teams and follow-
up with assigned stakeholders with tasks especially overdue / missing work . Review project status, risk and issue with Project Manager on regular basis Develop project go-
to-green plans and track associate plan. Assist Project Manager on delivery to ensure achievement of business change objectives Monitoring and controlling project / program scope and associated plans and budgets, ensuring inter-
dependencies with other programmes and projects are managed throughout the whole lifecycle Vendor Management Coordinate and assist with new vendor onboarding request when required Follow-
up with procurement process and order tracking. Requirements : Excellent command in both spoken and written English Competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project Plan Has experience working in Project Management Office or project related environment Good understanding of the following technical areas : -
VDI, Citrix, Storage technologies, Networks (Cisco), Voice (Avaya) technologies, Voice Recording (NICE), Virtual server environments, Database (SQL, Oracle) Ability to work on tight deadlines and multi-
