Responsibilities :

  • Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage the team in delivering the positive experience to our customers
  • Ensure all operating standards are adhered on quality, service, cleanliness, and to improve internal control measure
  • Increase restaurant performance through sales building, evaluate and control expenditure, actively pursue cost saving measures
  • Plan manpower, recruitment and identify training needs of restaurant team, able to train, coach and develop team members
  • Review and ensure timely, accurate and complete daily / weekly / monthly reporting
  • To implement effective restaurant administration, stock control, security and safety
  • Requirements :

  • Passion in Food & Beverage Industry, great interest to make a great experience
  • Strong leadership skills, an enforcer and executer, planner, pro-active, resourceful, problem solving, decision making and result oriented
  • Effective time management, delegation, ability to interpret financial data and make sound decision
  • Pleasant personality with great interpersonal skills, able to interact well with all level
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Minimum 3 years experience
