We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee people practices for multiple business units and ensure they are aligned with our business goals, company culture and purpose.
You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated people solutions.
Responsibilities / Key Activities :
Identifying HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
Builds, develops and maintains strong collaborative, consultative working relationships with management and employees across multiple business units to deliver value-added HR services
Addresses employee concerns and manages employee relations issues; counsel employees and proactively facilitate conflict resolution between employees, escalating issues as appropriate
Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters, supporting managers in dealing with performance, attendance and employee relations issues.
Providing advice and guidance to the business on employment matters; influencing management and the leadership around the people agenda to maximise performance.
Delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
Analysing and reporting HR information to support with benchmarking and the development of HR strategies and solutions.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, drive engagement
Coach employees on career development, goal setting, performance improvement
Analyze trends and metrics in the development of solutions, HR programs and policies
Ensuring the smooth running of HR projects and initiatives
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a relevant field with HR related coursework
5+ years in a HR Business Partner role
Excellent communication (spoken and written) and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to partner at all levels of the organization including executive relationships, even in challenging situations
Competency across multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, employment law, diversity, performance management and employment laws
Attested ability to take initiative to identify and anticipate stakeholder needs and make recommendations that can be implemented
Maintains strict confidentiality and adheres to high standard of professional conduct
