To lead, develop and manage sales and key account activities of the Chilled Dairy products under Lactalis Malaysia. The hiring for this position is being done by Nestle Malaysia on behalf of Lactalis.
Your responsibilities would be to : Accountable & responsible for the sales performance of all Lactalis Chilled Dairy products in Malaysia.
Negotiate and manage trading terms for product distribution. Prepare yearly sales plan with opportunities to enhance market share and grow the business.
Conducts market hygiene by ensuring all products are fresh / clean for sales and also conducting monthly audit & proper disposal of expired products.
Ensure implementation & maintenance of sales initiatives at customer level. Training & Coaching for respective retailers & merchandisers.
You must have the following : Possess a DEGREE in any related discipline with minimum 5 years of experience in sales, especially in managing and delivering business KPIs & growth with International or Local Key Accounts.
Good communication skills in English in both written and oral. Possess strong leadership skills, motivated / positive mindset and ability to collaborate with others.
Ability to work independently on own initiative and takes responsibility where necessary. Good understanding of channel & category, preferably within FMCG industry.
