Strategically leading the overall Sales Go-To-Market readiness (external & internal stakeholders) and identify Maxis SME’s decision making to ensure the department maximise its short, medium and long term profitability via reliable sales and market insight.
Driving marketing initiatives to support regional sales channel in pre-sales and post-sales in acquisition, retention, dealer training and other sales operation matters.
Strategically analyse and planning for regional go-to-market initiatives to support sales channel in achieving overall performance management (gross acquisition, revenue and AOP).
Functionally reporting to Head of Sales Go-To-Market at Central and to responsible for SME GTM alignment in all functional direction and strategy.
What are you accountable for?
Championing in regional sales and market insight by provide research, study & analyse of SME Segment.
To work closely with sales channel, marketing, product and sales support teams by leveraging based on sales and market insight in leading and supporting overall cross-functional involvement with product team, marketing and go-to-market / campaign planning to ensure that all product and solutions are aligned in SME segment;
To ensure product and solution launch readiness in terms of process, sales and marketing materials and training related materials meet sales channel requirements prior to goals;
Provide Go-To-Market strategies in developing regional sales and marketing campaign that drive sales channel in achieving campaign;
Organize and compile regional market information through market feedback (sales channel, customer and competitor) and develop postmortem reports that will help with development of suitable solution for the SME market.
Develop regional strategies and programs for regional alignment to enable sales channel partners, promote channel adoption, drive revenue, and simplify the customer experience and journey.
What do you need to have for this role?
Specialised in : Sales and marketing, Product and GTM Management
Total Work Experience : 4 to 6 years
Combined exposure to Sales, Channel Management, Commercial & SMEs, celco sales operations and support.
A wide and deep set of skills and expertise from product management to functional marketing including campaign planning and execution.
Excellent communications and presentation skills are required.
Experience in telecom, wireless or other high-tech services, especially in B2B product management or Marketing, is ideal.
