Responsibilities : 1. Provide technical leadership and expertise to the group2. Perform as acting Manager / Section Head role as needed3.
Act as technical mentor for junior-level engineers4. Participate in developing Silterra's technology roadmap5. Work with Integration and Customer Engineering on new technology / device development6.
Work with vendors & engineers to quickly resolve equipment & process issues7. Participate in Yield improvement activities8.
Develop new processes using DoE9. Work with other modules and Cross Functional Teams to resolve line issues in timely manner10.
Participate in new tool qualification & release tools for production11.Comply with procedures stipulated in SilTerra environment Management System.
12.Ensure safe working environment.13.Ensure all environment aspects, objectives and targets and plans are reviewed and implemented in accordance with the requirements of SilTerra EMS.
Requirements : 1. Degree in an Engineering or Science discipline, advanced degree preferred2. 8 years working experience in the semiconductor industry, or related industry.
3. Minimum 5 years experience in TF - Dielectric, including a minimum of 2 years TF - Dielectric experience in a high volume wafer FAB.
4. PC computer literacy required5. Experience operating IC process and metrology tools. Familiar with IC industry practices and methodologies.
6. 3 years experience repairing and troubleshooting electrical and / or mechanical systems. Experience with IC process tools preferred.
7. 3 years experience with automation, robotics and industrial control systems8. Very knowledgeable in DoE and statistics9.
Experience as a Process or Equipment Engineer in high-volume manufacturing a plus10. A proven track record of managing complex technical projects. Login About Us
