To be part of the day-to-day running of the PMO, comprising of managing tools and systems, compliance, data management, reporting and analytics, on-boarding of external vendors and partners, change and communications, and continuous improvement of the PMO services.
Driving compliance to best practices, documentation, tools and systems across the region.
Own monthly reporting deliverables such as regional level reports, project updates, data and tool cut-offs.
Familiarity and able to apply the project management process for delivering capital projects, providing support for all internal and external project delivery leads.
Assist with investment capital planning, forecasting and spend discipline across the regional portfolio of projects.
Assist the Regional PMO lead with critical regional and global initiatives, act as a peer and second pair of eyes on compliance, consistency, adherence to standards, market and industry best practices.
Degree in Project Management / Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 - 7 years’ on Project / Construction Management, corporate occupier experience particularly with financial institutions is highly advantageous.
Experience and knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
Process and detailed oriented, but pleasant and adaptable. Able communicate and engage with diverse stakeholders from different parts of the region.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
