Your Main Task :

  • Owns end-customer relationships, carries legal quota and is responsible for the growth of assigned market / territory
  • Develop / Hunt for opportunities through sales & marketing activities through inbound / outbound phone and email to end customers drive training registration and certifications
  • Collaborate with aligned sales roles to close the deals once an opportunity is identified
  • Act as a focal point for Education Sales within assigned market
  • Understand the customers learning needs based on their client's business infrastructure and apply a consultative approach in pitching client’s learning courses
  • Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales revenue goals
  • Utilizes and develop others to use tools, systems & processes effectively & efficiently in order to meet individual & organizational objectives
  • Works / Team with extended team / s (training partners, marketing, demand generation) organizations
  • Ensure effective and efficient coverage of account lists and prioritize for maximum results
  • What we need from you?

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Min. 2 years experience in sales
  • Min. 1.5 years of account management experience
  • Min. 1.5 years in IT Industry
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both local language and English
  • Work location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
