Responsibilities :

  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure overall customer service is consistently delivered.
  • Training, coaching, building the spirit of camaraderie and appraising job results to reduce absenteeism and staff turnover.
  • Work closely with Cinema Manager and ensure there is adequate staffing to run the operation smoothly.
  • Planning, monitoring and scheduling staff and part-time staff for optimum output.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly & monthly reports on due dates.
  • Compliance to standard operating procedures
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum STP / STPM / Diploma or higher qualifications with at least 1 year working experience in a similar capacity preferably in a Cinema or F&B Management
  • Leadership capabilities to lead a group of subordinates
  • Good communication (spoken & written) skills in English and Malay languages & interaction skill
  • A team player who is pleasant, approachable, hardworking, high willingness to learn, have an eye for details
  • Able to work on shift / assignments to be completed within the same deadline and willing to put in longer working hours when required.
