Responsible of the Main Bank and / or Regional Business financials scorecard.
Responsible to drive and execute Main Bank Strategy and / or Regional Business Strategy;
Regional Business Desk
o Key liaison between Business Units within Commercial Bank and counterparts across OCBC Groups and Clients to ensure successful closure of cross-borders referrals;
o Ensure proper and continuous deals flow for both foreign inbound and local outbound;
o Developing and implementing proper processes and infrastructure to ensure smooth deals referral from OCBC Groups;
o Coordinates Solitaire Roundtable for business units and risks across OCBC Groups for deals discussions / deals closures;
o Responsible to engage external parties to grow the Regional Business portfolio
Main Bank Strategy Desk
o Develop new Main Bank Strategies to double the Division’s revenue contribution
o Implementation of Main Bank Strategies across all business pillars within Commercial Banking and to the respective regions / branches;
o Coordinates Main Bank Account Planning for developing of strategies to targeted and existing Main Bank Customer groups to deepen the wallet share;
o Active engagement with all business pillars / segments and regions / branches in identifying potential Main Bank Customer and understanding the key requirements to strategize a meaningful wallet sizing.
Relevant experience in Banking as Senior Relationship Manager of not less than 6 years.
