Role Summary : Full - Time Regular Baker Hughes Incorporated has an opening for a Tax Analyst based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The position will provide support to the APAC Manager and APAC tax team covering compliance, tax planning, tax reporting, transfer pricing, and tax audit.

Essential Responsibilities :
Prepare tax returns or review tax returns prepared by tax agent
Prepare or review provisional tax computation for purposes of statutory audit
Work with tax agent to complete transfer pricing documentation
Review contracts / tenders from tax perspective and provide tax comments
Analyze, document and update uncertain tax position (FIN 48)
Support execution of tax planning strategies to improve ETR
Support tax compliance matters in Asia Pacific
Support tax audit matters in Asia Pacific
Support BHI finance organization in achieving Corp Finance objectives
Utilize tax technology and support continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate with the tax bureau for tax compliance from time to time
Work with external advisor under the supervision of the tax manager
Other temporary work assigned by tax manager
Qualifications / Requirements :
University Degree with at least 5 years of Taxation experience (SEA countries)
Preferably someone with Indirect Tax and / or SAP knowledge
